Shadow work is where real magick begins. It is the practice of sitting with yourself, noticing the parts you have avoided, and slowly uncovering the strength and truth that lives beneath them.

This sampler was created to give you a place to start. Inside are fifteen prompts chosen with care, each one meant to help you look inward with honesty and compassion. Alongside the prompts is a pendulum board you can print and use to begin simple yes and no questions as you open your intuition.

It will not answer everything, but it will open the door. Take your time with the questions, return to them often, and allow them to show you where your next steps may be.
